Refund policy

Order cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't already been shipped. To cancel, email orders.keyed@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns & exchanges We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Personalized/customized keychains are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  

To start a return, email orders.keyed@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We have kept the refund process easier for you, your money will be refunded back within 5 working days.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within  5business days. For COD orders, you just need to share your details with us and we will refund the amount back in your provided account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
